SGP currently has four projects in the Tier 1 stage of development - Silver Peak and Alum (Paymaster District), Reese River, and Barren Hills.

Tier 1 projects are properties that have had a significant amount of exploration drilling completed and are classified as at the pre-feasibility and production drilling assessment stage. The estimates provided have been constructed using independent geothermal consultants. All four of SGP's Tier 1 projects are located in close proximity to transmission infrastructure. Collectively, these four projects combined have the potential to generate between 150 to 350 MW. This would equate to enough electricity to supply power to 120,000 to 280,000 homes.
