TIER I Projects
Tier 1 projects are properties that have had sufficient exploration studies and gradient drilling completed in order to provide a reasonable estimate of the resource. The estimates have been constructed independently using a Monte Carlo simulation model. SGP's Tier 1 projects are now at the production assessment drilling stage. Also ongoing are transmission studies and power purchase agreement negotiations. There are currently 5 Tier 1 projects with the first project scheduled for commercial production in 2011.
